Kathryn Boulter, ND
Founder & Clinical Director
Dr. Kathryn Boulter is a licensed naturopathic doctor in both Vermont and California with extensive experience in complex chronic illness, immunology, and environmental medicine. She specializes in conditions such as fatigue, autoimmunity, mold-related illness, hormonal imbalances, and post-infectious syndromes.
Her clinical approach is deeply patient-centered—combining functional diagnostics, in-depth investigation, and integrative therapies to uncover the root causes of illness and support long-term healing.
Dr. Boulter founded VidaNova Integrative Medicine to create a practice that offers accessible, individualized care for patients who haven’t found relief through conventional systems. She believes that healing begins with understanding—and that every treatment plan should reflect the full story of the person it’s designed for.

OUR APPROACH
Comprehensive evaluation and individualized treatment, for those who feel unheard, overlooked, or misdiagnosed.

PHILOSOPHY
At VidaNova, we believe healing starts with being heard. If you’ve been dismissed, rushed through appointments, or told that your labs are “normal” while you still feel unwell, you’re not alone. We’re here to change that.
CARE MODEL
Our care model is built for people with complex, chronic, or unexplained symptoms. We combine investigation, functional medicine tools, and compassionate partnership to help you understand what’s happening in your body—and what to do about it. You’ll receive clear explanations, targeted lab testing, and practical steps tailored to your needs.
METHOD
Your first visit is a 90-minute comprehensive intake with Dr. Boulter. We’ll review your health history, labs, symptoms, environmental exposures, and goals to build a personalized plan to move you forward. You’ll receive:
- A detailed intake and systems review
- Guidance on functional and specialty lab testing
- Initial treatment recommendations
- Clarity on your next steps
SUSTAINED SUPPORT
Ongoing visits, available in 30- or 60-minute sessions, provide continuous guidance as we track your progress, refine your plan, and integrate new lab results or insights. All care is delivered through secure, HIPAA-compliant video, and in person visits, with access to your patient portal for communication, scheduling, and personalized resources between visits.
